Located a 12‑minute walk from Hove Beach, 1.9 km from the i360, and 2.2 km from Brighton station, it provides easy access to Churchill Square, the Royal Pavilion, and Brighton Pier.

The period property is tastefully decorated. The big room has a huge bed. The modern bathroom features a contemporary shower. The fridge and coffee maker are in the room. The kitchenette is usable. Street parking is good. The location is perfect for central Hove, with many coffee shops nearby and the sea front not far. The owners responded quickly to any questions. We’ll definitely come back.

The room size, location, and check‑in were all good. The rooms are on the 3rd floor, which isn’t a problem for us but might be for those with mobility issues.

We stayed in the Garden Room, which offered a lovely view of the back garden. The room was beautifully designed, especially the bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The bed was very comfortable, and having coffee/tea facilities (the biscuits were a nice treat!) and a small fridge in the room was great. A kitchenette on the same landing let us prepare breakfast. Liz and Dexter were wonderful, welcoming hosts. Their Victorian house is beautiful and they’ve created a welcoming, comfortable space to stay. We’ll definitely return. Everything was great!

The location is excellent, close to everything in Hove, and the room is really comfortable and quiet.
