I was able to borrow another facility’s parking lot outside of regular hours, and the staff at Higashizōkan were gentle and helpful. Avoiding the traffic route was a plus! Even though it’s always a festival so I couldn’t relax, the place was clean and nice, and I’d love to try a BBQ next time. No complaints.

I had a really pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, making it easy to relax throughout my visit. The peaceful atmosphere and the amazing view of Mt. Fuji made the experience even more memorable. The self‑check‑in process was very easy and convenient, especially since we arrived late at night. The staff we met were also friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, with nearby attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores easily accessible. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided during the stay. The only downside was the unclear instructions for the garbage disposal area.

Everything was great, all the equipment was complete, the room was comfortable with a bed, TV, sofa, even the front area of the room was convenient.
