The beach right in front of the hotel was very calm, and the breakfast spread offered many choices, which was great since the city itself doesn’t have many restaurants. The pool had kids’ toys and a slide, and there was a large playground. Bungalows beside the pool were convenient, and the staff were very helpful. However, the pool wasn’t very clean, the room bathroom needed renovation, the second chalet room didn’t have air conditioning so it was impossible to sleep there because of the heat, the bathroom shower stall wasn’t very clean, and the pool shower drain was always clogged.

I never stayed in the air‑conditioned rooms; none were maintained, the AC didn’t work, there was a mold smell, the bathtub was closed off, and everything looked dirty. I was recovering from pneumonia and could never risk a relapse, so I was told to request a refund on Monday, which turned into a huge hassle. I will never stay here again.

Nothing. Honestly, nothing pleased me. The hotel clearly needs a staff overhaul; employees can’t provide the necessary assistance, and they keep saying the owner is always traveling, leaving all the systems to them. We see visibly tired staff, except for a few rare exceptions. Cleaning is utterly sloppy—upon arrival I noticed the floor was dirty and the tables were always dirty, making it unpleasant to sit down to eat. Air‑conditioning issues were reported by several guests; it’s a constant problem. One couple with a small child had their AC repair request denied and was told to stay without AC for the same price, with no adjustments made. Those who fought more aggressively and demanded more were eventually accommodated after a lot of frustration. Breakfast was lacking—fruits were bad and unripe, and there was always a shortage. When we asked for waiter service, we had to keep reminding them, from opening the coconut to cleaning the tables. I do not recommend this place.
