The location of the premises was good, but there was a strong damp smell in the lower rooms.

Beautiful colonial house. Good breakfast. The room and bathroom need some maintenance. It’s cold and damp. The location is a bit out of the way.

The place sits on a quiet lane just a short walk from the town centre, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was filling, though the fridge could have been cleaned better, but it did keep the beers cold.
