The location was close enough to a taxi route and near both the old and new parts of Ouarzazate, but there was no key to enter, no sign marking the hotel, and for the first time I was asked to pay for a coffee in the morning; they even asked me to turn off the air conditioning while it was 40° outside—still a bother.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff were very attentive and understood us perfectly, but the exterior had no sign and it was a bit difficult and not intuitive to locate.
