The shuttle bus to the beach was great, the beach food and service were excellent, and the hotel meals and staff were superb; our room was nice and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job. On the downside, the neighboring room was noisy, too many children crowded our hallway, and we missed breakfast or a lunch box because we were picked up at 5.30 am.

The food was good and the rooms stayed clean, but the drinks were low quality and the coffee—despite the 5‑star rating—wasn't up to par.

Everything was great, except the entertainment mainly featured German music; when I asked for some English tracks—specifically two songs—my request was denied twice even after the staff promised to play English music the next night. It was a minor annoyance, especially since other English tourists were also there.

This hotel was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The large territory had plenty of pools with water slides, and the beach was just a 10-15 minute walk away. The sand was soft and the water was easy to get into. I loved walking along the beach and taking in the views. The food in the hotel restaurant was always delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned well and on time.
