Everything was great, especially Mr. Ahmed Jalal, the reception manager.
The property is nice and clean, a beautiful hotel, but room service could improve and a pharmacy with a doctor on site is needed. The area still lacks tourist facilities; you either stay inside the hotel until the vacation ends, and they must ensure the hotel entrance is well known and lit at night. The entrance is very dangerous, with a train crossing that has no stop sign and no road lights, and I had a horrible experience when a train almost crashed us while leaving the hotel.
From the very start it was a wonderful experience! The hotel was excellent, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and everything was handled with great care. I’m truly grateful for the chance to try it out for the first time. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience!

We stayed for four days in this paradise, greeted warmly and kindly by the entire staff. The hotel is simply unique, with polite and helpful staff, and services that are rare to find in most hotels. The food is excellent, especially the really good pizza. Huge compliments, and I hope to return someday.
