The location is excellent, the room was a good size and we had a great view of the Bellagio fountains; all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the security staff going up to the rooms were great, with one or two checking that everyone was a hotel guest; nothing was lacking, we had a great stay.

The location is good and the room is a decent size, yet I tried to arrange a paid upgrade online and the checkout wouldn't work; at check‑in I was met with a very rude response that I had ‘been awarded what they had’ even though I was just getting the room I had paid for, and all the toiletries in the room had expired, which is disgusting for guests who need them.
