I want to thank the hotel team on behalf of colleague Andreza for the attention they gave me, my mother, and my aunt, but the pool service was lacking—there’s no pool—and there were no towels to take to the beach.

The room was spacious and well‑furnished with storage for luggage and clothes, and the staff were helpful and kind. The main issue is the location: when we were there, the area was desolate and unsettling, making it hard to leave at night because even Uber wouldn’t reach the hotel. The area needs development to match the quality of this lovely property.

Only two rooms were occupied in the whole hotel, which felt eerie, and the photos bore no resemblance to reality—it looked abandoned. The room arrived with a dead giant cockroach in the bathroom, and another appeared in the room the next morning; at 6 am a painter started work next door, making stair noises that kept us awake. Check‑in forces you to fill out everything you want for breakfast and the timing, which feels odd but understandable for just two rooms. The fridge was broken, had a hole, rattled loudly, and we were charged for two water bottles inside it. The TV worked but had no antenna, the Wi‑Fi was dead, and breakfast took place in a hall where birds flew around the high‑ceiling space, leaving droppings everywhere. Overall, a very unsettling hotel.
