“Unacceptable Hygiene and Poor Conditions”

Finding a McDonald’s nearby was a small perk, but the stay itself was a nightmare: the bathroom was filthy, littered with hair in the sink and shower, black mould on the ceiling and around the shower head, plus other stains and marks; the floor was dirty, the beds were unmade and the bedding looked unclean, and the towels were old and worn. We even spotted insects in the room—though we couldn’t confirm they were bedbugs, a previous guest had mentioned them, which only added to our unease. The bathroom door offered almost no privacy because of a window and a 10–20 cm gap at the bottom, and the walls were dirty with visible handprints above the bed despite a strong smell of fresh paint. We were so uncomfortable with the hygiene that we avoided the shower and the beds, spending the night in our car and leaving the next day. On‑site communication was also a challenge, as the person in charge only spoke Polish. Overall, the accommodation was unacceptable and we would not return.

“Top für den Preis!”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and while the rooms were a bit older they were very spacious, clean, and satisfactory. The bathroom was slightly older.
