The front‑desk staff (Ms Duyen) was rude to guests and very unprofessional; she also failed to serve guests properly and behaved in a very disrespectful manner.

My family and I stayed for two days at the hotel, located near the center at a corner street. The family room was spacious, featuring a huge curved glass door with a view overlooking the intersection. The interior was well furnished with a table and chairs, a vanity, a wardrobe, a shoe cabinet, and a bedside cabinet with convenient outlets. Cleanliness was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security guards who enthusiastically guided vehicles. The air‑conditioning unit on the balcony of the room was a bit noisy but tolerable. The bathroom was split into dry and wet sections; the wet area had a bathtub (depending on preference), and standing in the tub caused the drain to spill onto the dry area, so if many people showered in quick succession the dry floor would get wet.
