The location, size, decor, and available coffee are all great. The staircase is a hassle when carrying luggage, and there’s a fine on the parking opposite—be careful not to park on a space reserved for a caravan, which is poorly marked.

The location is excellent, right in the town centre, and the owner is very friendly. We booked for four people thinking it was two rooms, but it turned out to be one large room with no curtains and a shared bathroom, which was surprising since the photos didn't show that. Fortunately we were all family and only stayed one night. Later friends who booked noticed this; the room works well for two people.

We stayed only one night, but it was very comfortable. The apartment is welcoming, well cared for, and clean, and the location is perfect, right in the centre and easy to walk around the town. It would have been nice to stay a few more days. The host was kind and helpful, highly recommended!

I was thrilled to find a place right in the center of Pienza even though I had a car. The flat was spotless, cozy, and chic, offering every necessity for a brief visit. Federico, the owner, went above and beyond, letting us park at the hus agroturismo free and ferrying us back into town. The real estate looks even better than the pictures suggest.
