Cleanness. It took about 1 hour to just check in. I don't believe that it is a good hotel for foreigners. This hotel needs improvement if keep accepting foreigners. Staff in the front was not nice

The room was too small for the price, making it hard to move around. If you’re not careful, you could damage the TV, so that’s something to watch out for.

Getting to my room was easy, but at 9 pm I was stopped by a random man at reception who spoke mostly Tamil and told us we had to move to another hotel. He forced a serving man aside, kept threatening us, and wouldn’t let us pass. We couldn’t stay, had to call the police, and when we returned we grabbed our bags and fled to a different hotel we’d booked. My friend slept on the floor in a shared room, and we had to find another room for the rest of our stay. It was a frightening experience that no one should have to endure.
