I liked everything overall: the food was great and the place is beautiful. I used the gym, but it needed a water filter—otherwise everything was excellent.

The place is fantastic with excellent facilities. The staff are polite, and the activity teachers for kids are very attentive. The only downside is the constant push from sales staff trying to sell shares.

The staff are very helpful and polite. I traveled with my family, including an 11‑month‑old baby who doesn’t eat salt; they prepared meals for her as agreed. Unfortunately, the hotel’s sales team behaves in a very inappropriate and intrusive manner, and their persistent approach is quite inconvenient.

The facilities, comfort, apartment furnishings, cleanliness and service were all excellent, but the prices for drinks and food were too high.

The view is excellent, the staff are outstanding, the cleanliness is superb, parking is great, the pools are excellent, the room is clean with working AC, the environment feels safe, there are separate kids’ areas, and the look is modern. The only downside is that the room was very small, though still clean.
