Good location, nice pools, exceptional views, and decent services. However, our first room had no soundproofing, which they later fixed; there’s no lift on the south side rooms and they’re too far from any hotel facilities. One pool is under reconstruction and is super noisy all day. The staff are friendly but barely understand English.

One of us had an injured leg, and the staff were very supportive by providing wheelchair services. The resort sits right opposite Karon beach, so everything was within walking distance. The room service was average.

The resort area is big, well maintained, and the breakfast offers a good variety. I had a small issue with the room at first, but the staff resolved it quickly. On arrival the duvet was dirty, and the gym had limited equipment, so it could be better.
