Feelathome

Everything was great, especially the host who was the best ever! It was a bit challenging to reach the host at first, but once I had the correct details, everything went smoothly. The only downside was that the occupancy restrictions weren’t clear.

We liked the clean, spacious apartment and felt very safe in the complex, making it a perfect spot for a short stay in Johannesburg. However, no arrival instructions were given at booking, and I had to call multiple different numbers to locate and access the property.

“BAD! We were inconvenienced and did not have a place to stay!”

When we got to the location it turned out to be a dead end, and the security staff told us the place doesn’t exist and that we were the sixth group to be scammed, so we couldn’t find it. We called and sent the owner a WhatsApp message, but we were ignored. We need our money back because the place does not exist.

Nothing. I was told they double‑booked us, so I stayed outside the complex because the lady wasn’t answering the phone.
