The location was very good. Assisi is a place where you can walk uphill. Fixed parking spots would be desirable. For Italian standards, the coffee could be improved. Parking is problematic because of the historic setting and internal stairs.

The spot in Assís is the best place to stay; we loved the location, the room was very comfortable and clean, and especially the balcony overlooking the city was cozy and quiet – we felt time stopped and rested a lot.

What I liked most was the staff’s kindness, especially the very kind lady who handled breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately, Assisi is tough for people with mobility issues, and the hotel has many stairs, but the staff do everything they can to help.

Great location. lovely restaurant & good breakfast 🌸. we had 2 single beds that were SO SMALL!! like children’s beds!! Also paper peeling off the walls & could hear people next door talking & flushing the loo!!
