The location and accommodation were good, but the room had more windows and the balcony was only accessible through the room.

The room was spacious (that was the only good thing). Cleanliness… change the name… there is nothing royal about this hotel… a very bad experience. The bathroom was covered in mold, with a strong damp and mildew smell in the room. My children had allergies and asthma attacks during the night because of the room’s condition. No solution was offered. No commercial gesture. I asked for a refund for the second night (it was impossible to stay under these conditions): the reception gave a categorical refusal. I had to leave and find another place urgently to protect my children. On top of that, the neighborhood is worrisome: suspicious people, including visibly prostitutes right in front of the hotel. With children, that’s unacceptable. The front door stayed open, giving no sense of security. I strongly recommend against staying here.

The room, the beds, and the bathroom area were perfect, but the water wasn’t hot enough for me. There was no kettle in the room.

The staff’s welcome was good, but there is no elevator, the bathroom is disappointing, and there’s a nauseating odor in the bathroom.
