“Its what you pay for.”

For the price it’s not terrible, but it’s not great either. The room had mold and bugs, though no bed bugs. The staff were friendly, but the location was awful; I’m only there for work so I’m not too bothered, but if you’re on vacation DO NOT STAY HERE. The bathroom had mold and no toilet paper, but that’s a minor issue. The homeless crowd constantly wandering around and asking for rides is extremely annoying.

The beds were comfy and bug‑free, and parking was excellent. Unfortunately, roaches were present, the room had an unpleasant odor, there was no room service, the shower leaked, dresser drawers were uneven, and the bathroom door was broken.

“Pay for what you get.”

The spot is convenient and the price is reasonable, and I appreciated the kitchenette. However, there was no housekeeping throughout my stay, and they refused to provide clean towels, forcing me to wash my own. They also didn't give me toilet paper at all.

“Very horrible service”

The location is fine, but the room was infested with roaches, and we stayed for three weeks with only one cleaning. I had to wax my own bed linens, buy my own trash bags, and bring my own towels. As someone who works for the railroad and has visited many states, this is the worst accommodation I've ever experienced.
