Because there were only two male guests, including me, the shower and toilet facilities were easy to use; the bedroom was quiet and at a suitable temperature, so it was comfortable. I could check in smoothly, but I had a hard time figuring out how to unlock the door to the male‑only room, so I called the staff’s direct line and got help. I wish there were a manual for unlocking the door and a clearly posted staff‑direct phone number for emergencies; even finding the number on the app was a struggle.

I chose this spot because it was close to my errands and reasonably priced. The interior was clean, the bed was easy to get into, the shower area was tidy, and the amenities were average—no complaints.

“Excelente”

The room was great, clean, comfortable, and spacious. In the women's bathroom they provided a toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, and pajamas. The kitchen had a microwave, coffee, and water. Overall, a fantastic experience. Nothing to add.

The amenities were excellent—towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, pajamas, and even a Tea Bar, though that was a bit of a stretch. I didn’t get the front‑door code beforehand, so I had trouble getting in, but communication helped me enter. If you’re looking to mingle with other guests, I’d pass; otherwise just relax quietly. I was surprised the automatic door button was silent. After checkout, they stored my luggage in the shared locker, which was nice. The location was a bit disappointing, but once you get used to it, you can easily reach Namba City.
