“war ja nur für eine Nacht”
The staff, location, and breakfast were okay, but the room was dated, the renovation backlog was evident, and the beds were very uncomfortable and hard.
The room was small but very comfortable and newly furnished. The breakfast was fine, and the homemade black currant jam was a delight.
The food at the attached restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Those who are not part of the celebration should choose a room in the country hotel instead of right above the “Kuhstall” because of the noise.

The staff were super helpful, very courteous and warm. I was housed in the Kuhstall Dahse, a nice location with a cozy courtyard. The food was excellent, mainly steak cooked to perfection. The room wasn’t very clean; spider webs on the wall, wandering spiders in the corner, stains on the walls, overall needing renovation. The worst was the smell in the bathroom: stale, likely urine that had seeped into the seams, leaving a scent. The shower tray was dingy and its coating was heavily worn.
