The futon was super fluffy and the onsen came highly recommended, while the buffet was also delicious.

Definitely what I would from a top class hotel. The service was above and beyond and the bath house was amazing. Definitely will come back. I can not think of anything I disliked. Everything from the food to the service and even the rooms very amazing

The service was kind, the location was very good, the hot spring was fantastic and you could buy souvenirs right downstairs. The only problem was that the room smelled heavily of smoke; even though the hotel ran an air purifier constantly, the vents still blew strong smoke‑filled air and my clothes got soaked with the odor.
