“Séjour très agréable et personnel chaleureux et très à l’écoute”

We were expecting a lot from this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The only good thing we can say is that the staff was friendly and welcoming, but that's where it ends. The hotel's location was convenient, and the terrace was nice, but that's about it. We were expecting more, but unfortunately, our stay was a letdown.

The chef was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the rest of our experience. The staff couldn't speak English, and when we specifically requested a vegan breakfast, we got a regular one instead. To make matters worse, there was a shortage of toilet paper, and when we asked for a new hair dryer, we were told it would be ready the next morning. The hotel's lack of attention to detail was frustrating, and we left feeling disappointed.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Zachary, the night watchman, and the chef. The breakfast was also delicious, but unfortunately, the hotel's location was a bit of a letdown. It was a bit far from the city center, but there were plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the location could be improved.

“Parfait”

This riad is perfectly situated in the heart of the old medina, but the narrow alleys can be a bit spooky at night. It's a great location, but I wish it was a bit brighter after dark.

“Très bon séjour passé là bas”

The place is really pretty and the staff is super friendly and attentive. They're really quick to respond to any issues, which is great. However, it was missing a few essential items like an iron and ironing board, and there were some noisy construction works going on in the morning.
