I was initially drawn to this hotel's prime location, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The hotel seemed to be struggling with basic amenities, as the heat was turned off during our stay, leaving us to brave subzero temperatures. The lobby had a pungent smell of curry, and to top it off, there was no breakfast available. It's clear that the new management is still finding its footing, and I'm not sure they're ready to run a hotel just yet.

The hotel's location and price were definite positives, but unfortunately, the quality of the beds was a major letdown. The metal bases were flimsy and made a loud popping sound every time we moved, which was quite frustrating. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a real gem.
