The location is very central, and the staircase and rooms are modernly designed. Many shops are within walking distance. The central location makes it a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected for a hotel in the city centre. There isn’t much storage space in the bathroom, and the view from the window isn’t very appealing.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation, especially since we travelled as a group of five people (family plus friends, including an 80‑year‑old lady). The small single room in this apartment was perfect for that! The living kitchen also has plenty of space when the bed is unfolded, so five people can comfortably sit at the table. The apartment is actually much larger than it appears in online photos. It’s very modern and impeccably clean, with a dishwasher and working air conditioning. The pre‑arrival phone call and the key‑code handling all worked out wonderfully. Parking is best at the hotel at the cathedral, breakfast can be had at Hotel Kriemhilde (€14 per person) and it’s also very tasty. Everything, including the entrance to the Nibelungen Festival, is within a five‑minute walk. The apartment’s location is perfect for attending the festival! We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the accommodation. The only downside is that it can get a little noisy in the early morning from the street. If you’re sensitive to that, bring earplugs just in case. It’s a minor issue and didn’t bother us.

The location is great, and the air conditioning is reliable. We used breakfast at Hotel Kriemhilde and were unfortunately very disappointed by the quality. We were familiar with the lovingly arranged breakfast from before and booked because of those positive experiences. Then we found that the selection, the portions, and the quality of the products no longer matched. The service of the apologetic staff also didn’t match. Too bad!
