The hosts were very helpful and friendly, though the location isn’t great. The room was clean and comfortable. The area offers little and is a bit poor.

The room was spacious, fully equipped and even had a terrace. A tiny fridge was there even though the kitchen was shared. Everything was clean and fragrant. All the services were complete. The kitchen was very large and well furnished. The cleaning was top‑class. Filippo and Monica were incredibly helpful, friendly, and ready to assist with anything. Truly two fantastic guys!

È già il secondo anno che alloggio per le mie ferie in questo appartamento! I proprietari sono favolosi, si dedicano al 100% all’ esigenze della clientela ! L appartamento era dotato di un balcone molto utile, nella struttura inoltre ci sono servizi di lavanderia ottimi ! Struttura che si trova in una posizione strategica della città di Cagliari !

Everything was provided, the room and bathroom were very spacious, and the terrace was huge. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and coffee. There was a washing machine. The staff were super welcoming and ready to help with anything. Highly recommended! Parking right under the building is convenient.

The stay was pleasant, especially for the great value and the kindness and availability of the owners, who were always very cordial and helpful. The services are basic, but everything needed for a comfortable stay is there. They also offer beach umbrellas for the free beach, a real convenience that was much appreciated! The only thing I’d improve is the furniture, which feels a bit dated.
