I was impressed by the breakfast, the fridge access, the color scheme and overall décor, especially the beautifully decorated dining room. I also liked the room’s equipment – there were glasses, mugs, sparkling and still water, tea, coffee and a cordless kettle. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. It was hard to block the windows because the curtains hung on a single rod; for a ground‑floor room, being able to fully cover the windows is especially important for privacy.

The room was clean and spacious enough. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had warm water, and there were plenty of closets for your stuff and a large hanger in the hallway. The TV was big enough and there was an electric kettle. The lighting was good. Breakfast was excellent buffet style – coffee from the espresso machine, always something hot, a wide selection of cold cuts, cheeses and other items. There were plenty of lounge areas in the lobby and outdoors where you could play board games or have a beer. The contact via email and SMS was helpful. The desk was heavily scratched – from afar it looked like something was scattered on it (e.g., coffee) or stained with blood, and it kept drawing our negative attention until the end of our stay. In the bathroom near the toilet, water leaked onto the floor (the manager offered a room change, but we ultimately agreed to place towels where the water soaked in). The kettle’s lid was broken – cracked. There was no toothbrush cup in the bathroom. Daily cleaning, towel changes and trash removal were missing. Coffee, tea and water were only provided on the first day.
