The hotel, its service, staff, accommodations, and pools were all good. Unfortunately, half of the water park was not operational, the food choices were limited, and the Wi‑Fi frequently fell short.

The hotel’s pools were great and the room was spacious. However, the nearby thermal baths were closed for scheduled maintenance on the day of our booking, and no one told me about it. On the second day, they stayed closed because of bad weather, and we only learned about that at the official opening time of 09:00, even though the hotel staff had known about it the night before.

Close to the water park, the staff were always friendly and deserve praise, but there is no filtered water in the hotel, only 8‑real bottles, the room cleaning was awful, and no extra meals like afternoon coffee were provided.
