The location was great; we could walk to all our activities, and every staff member was fantastic.

The room was the breakfast service. They wanted to do the cleaning in the afternoon, and the morning receptionist told us it was really hard to find a taxi to the station, so she arranged one for us that the hotel had for 50 euros, even though the trip actually costs 15. Luckily she recommended a taxi app and I solved the issue.

Someone tampered with the luggage and we had to cut the lock wire.

The location was good, but the elevator was bad.
