We stayed in a simple room with a wonderful panorama of the fjord. The breakfast was very good, and we ate it in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed unexpectedly; we were lucky the Thai snack shop by the harbor was open, otherwise dinner would have been a problem.

The sea view was fantastic, the surroundings lovely, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The room was huge and the view from the window was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and fish visible to the naked eye. There’s an extra supermarket nearby where you can cook in the room, and a Thai restaurant just a stone’s throw away; the curry rice there was perfect for us. I wish the email check‑in instructions were more obvious. When we arrived no staff were on site, and we later learned everyone was on holiday, including the restaurant, which was closed. We had already received the room number and password by email, but I didn’t notice them. Luckily a friendly Norwegian aunt, also on vacation, helped us get in touch with staff—big thanks to her!
