“Perfect location, breath taking views, and such a cozy space!”

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. Cristina was amazing and a wonderful host. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Breakfast every morning was delicious and there were many thoughtful touches.

“Meraviglioso il rumore del mare”

Worth it just to sleep 149 steps from the ocean! The feeling was beautiful, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the shared sea terrace is a sight. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh products and eggs cooked on the spot. I recommend first‑floor rooms to avoid humidity. Overall, we were satisfied but found it a bit pricey.

“I would definitely come back to Moinho da Areia”

The owners paid close attention to detail and truly went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and personal. The rooms were spotless and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The beach location is unbeatable, and we slept to the soothing sound of the ocean every night. The only minor issue was that the room felt a bit small; that was the sole complaint. Everything else was perfect, and while I didn't mind the small size, it could be a problem for some.

The location is fantastic, basically right on the beach. The place is small and cozy with very personal service. Beach towels were provided in the room. The room itself is quite small, but the shared areas and roof terrace compensate for that. There is a lack of space for clothes and a place to put them.
