The spot is great, but the breakfast was terrible.

The rooms matched a three‑star hotel, and the location was definitely close to the beach and the promenade. The loading area in front of the hotel was convenient, and the rooms were clean even though they were small. The municipal paid parking was fairly comfortable even for large vehicles. The shower was really tiny and hard to reach for an average‑sized person, and the air‑conditioner, while a nice feature, was aimed directly at the head of the bed, which caused some trouble.

There was nothing good: the room was dirty, smelled bad, and a hair was in the bed. There was no room and no parking either.

The staff were friendly, but the air‑conditioner was dirty and I didn't dare turn it on; I will definitely file a complaint because keeping it in that state is neither possible nor hygienic. I have all the evidence in photos.

It’s close to the beach, but I booked this place specifically because it claimed to have parking, only to be told that none were available, so I had to drive around San Bartolomeo to find one, which was pretty inconvenient. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either.
