Our stay at the Venice Venice hotel was one of the best we’ve ever had; the staff were absolutely incredible, professional, and extremely helpful, especially Enrico and Valentina who ensured everything ran smoothly and handled our transport and other requests—making the experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is very modern, beautifully designed, and every detail was thoughtfully considered; its location is perfect and close to everything. The restaurant, Francy’s, offers a magical sunset view of Venice, the food was amazing, and the staff were outstanding, with a special thanks to Sara for making our dining experience memorable; overall, everything was perfect.
