The front desk staff were very friendly and understanding, but the room was a disaster: cabinets had wood rot, the light switch and thermostat were broken, the sealant repair was awful, wires were exposed, the bath fan switch cover was installed wrong, and the tub water drainage cap was missing. Nightstands needed replacement. After just one night I complained and was moved to another room, which also had particle board rot, though not as bad as the first.

The convenience of booking a room and sleeping without being bothered was a plus, and there was nothing else to complain about.

“Shitty”

There was nothing to like. The place was filthy, stank, and had mold in the sink and bathroom. Service was terrible. I was charged 135 US dollars for a crappy, disgusting room and will never stay here again. It felt like I was staying in a gross place.
