Communication was very good, with solid English and customer‑service skills, and the owner was helpful and experienced. The apartments are newly renovated, stylish, and fully equipped. The location is perfect relative to the cathedral, and extra services like water‑shoe rental and train‑station transfers are available. A grocery shop, bakery, and the main square are just a 5‑minute walk away; the train station and several small rocky beaches are about a 25‑minute walk. The city is relatively calm and sees few tourists. The stay had a few hiccups: steep stairs, a misunderstanding with the cleaner, an unexpected visit by an unknown person at 01:30 AM, and the need to pack again and move to another nearby place after one‑third of the short stay. All of this was minor and didn’t significantly affect overall satisfaction.
