The Victorian house itself was beautiful and the location was spot‑on, within walking distance of nice restaurants, a park, and a short drive to the Omega wildlife reserve we loved. Jacques, who met us on arrival, was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were clean and ready. The only hiccup was that our reservation wasn’t on the system, so we had to explain the prepaid booking to Jacques, who had no record—still, the stay turned out fine once we got settled.
