We were two people—my father and I—staying for 10 days in Turkey and had to stay in five different hotels in the Şişli area for work. When we first arrived at this hotel, the welcome was warm and pleasant from the reception staff, both the morning and afternoon shifts. After deciding to move to another hotel for better proximity to a commitment, we made a horrible decision! We immediately returned to this hotel because it was raining a lot, public transport collapsed, and to our surprise they gave us a better room than the one we had reserved. The location is perfect if you like going out for drinks, eating cheap and authentic food. There is a supermarket (Migros) next door and every Sunday they set up a food market. The lady and the young guy who work at breakfast are very friendly and helpful, and the security gentleman who is there late at night as well. Thank you truly to all the staff of this hotel for brightening those days.

The location is great, walkable to multiple metro lines, including a direct line to the airport. The room had good facilities, a nice breakfast included, and was great value for the price. I also enjoyed the Sunday fresh food market directly out the front of the hotel. The only downside was a slight smell of cigarettes when you first enter the room, but it faded after a few minutes.

The staff from last night (27, sept.) were very friendly, and the hotel looks new. :)

I stayed for 3 days and the bathroom smelled bad; no cleaning was done.
