“Excelente”
I appreciated the calm atmosphere and the way I was welcomed. Some guests behaved badly, though.

The location was good, check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the house was big. Lee, the Korean receptionist, was very chatty and fun. She says she loves exact sciences but talks a lot about history and geography, especially of Brazil; I think she’s actually a humanities person, even though she criticizes humanities a lot, haha. The highlight was chatting with Lee at the front desk. She claims to love exact sciences but knows more about Brazilian history and geography than many Brazilians out there. A champion of exact sciences! I think she’s a humanities student and hasn’t accepted it yet. I rate the conversation 10. The relocation to the industry was a success. The mold in the room was a real problem; the smell was very strong! The days I stayed were very rainy there.

The manager was aggressive, which made the stay uncomfortable.

I didn't get a chance to have coffee, and the shower was a problem.

The stay was quiet and safe in a calm residential neighborhood, and the host was super communicative, friendly, and helpful, making the service pleasant throughout. But the room's airflow and some maintenance details could use a bit more attention to improve the next guests' experience. Overall, it's a good spot if you want peace and a welcoming host.
