The place is well situated and rooms are clean. The doors are thin, so footsteps echo loudly in the corridor, and breakfast is very minimal—just bread and butter.

The location works well for events in the Anhembi district, though the nearby police courtyard makes the street feel a bit unsafe. The accommodation is basic. A non‑soaking shower box and a better breakfast would help; the corn cake served was stale.
