“Super séjour mémorable”

The place is very well situated in a secure, quiet residence, and the Riad is well maintained with great taste. You can enjoy the terrace for a calm evening and the pool is right next door; towels are provided. Depending on the room, you can use more or less air conditioning, but it works fine, so the issue can be quickly resolved.

The room is good. The mattresses are firm, yet I slept well. The room is cleaned every day. It’s a pity that only one person was present in the morning. The lady speaks only Arabic, making communication difficult. There’s also no option to have a coffee later, for example in the evening, because everything is locked. The pools are nice, but they get busy in the late afternoon when locals come to swim.

The location is excellent, away from the noise of the medina. The riad itself is very quiet and elegantly decorated, and the breakfast was very good. Communication was weak; staff speak only French and Arabic, and while they send plenty of partner promotions, they don’t give enough practical advice. Finding the riad can be confusing because it isn’t on maps, and navigating the complex isn’t straightforward.
