Free parking is provided, and the city centre is 18 km away, with Gutierrez and Nahuel Huapi lakes a 15-minute drive.

The location is superb, just a few blocks from the access to Cerro Catedral, and there’s a supermarket about 200 m away. The heating works great and the kitchen is well equipped for a comfortable stay. There’s also a place to store skis and gear on the premises. Nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.

The location was convenient, but we heard some nighttime water‑tank noises coming through the rooms; the issue was fixed on the third day.

The location is excellent, totally comfortable, and the host is always attentive to needs on site while also giving great recommendations for tourist spots and travel tips. No negative comments or areas for improvement.
