“Ruidoso y falta limpieza”
The staff were very friendly. The pillows were old, stained, and smelled bad, but I mentioned it at reception and they replaced them with new ones. On Friday, music played late into the night at the pool, and the noise felt like it was in the room; I could hear kids jumping into the pool late, making it hard to sleep. The mattresses were uncomfortable with lumps, and the dining area had cobwebs, indicating a lack of cleaning. I ended up canceling my second night reservation.
