Staying right next to Zengcuo'an made midnight snacks a breeze, and the music plaza was just across the street, perfect for a seaside stroll. The front‑desk staff were genuinely friendly and always jumped in to help whenever I needed anything.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the live‑music entertainment pulls the audience in—including kids—creating a homely vibe. The surrounding area feels a bit odd, as the mall has many vacant stores.
The whole place feels brand‑new and modern, with rooms that have plenty of space and a superb pool; the staff are brilliant. A lady asked if I liked the second‑floor room with a regular view, and I said it could be better—though I forgot to mention that, and the next day they called me offering a move to a waterfront view. The breakfast, however, is very modest for a hotel of this calibre and honestly not tasty.
