“Lo peor de Guadalajara centro”

I booked two weeks ahead, specifically asking for an air‑conditioned room and they confirmed they had one, so I went ahead and reserved. When I arrived yesterday they simply told me the AC room wasn’t available, which felt like a scam. To make matters worse, every time I turned on the tap or shower it reeked of sewage, the surrounding area looked unsafe and there was no control over who came and went. The same staff were chatting and laughing loudly late into the night, making sleep impossible. I’ll be demanding a refund and advise others to skip this place.

Everything was dirty. The water smelled like a drain, the sheets were filthy and stained, and I couldn’t sleep or shower because the place wasn’t clean.

The only thing I liked was the location. Because I booked through Booking, they gave me one of the worst rooms, with no air conditioning or internet, claiming that rooms with all services are reserved for guests who book directly at the hotel. They didn’t provide cleaning service, and the rooms smelled like a drain.
