We were surprised to find that breakfast wasn’t offered, so we had to leave. Why not provide breakfast? Everything is very poor. The hotel needs a complete renovation.

The place was well‑located and the bath was comfortable, yet everything felt very old. I’d also point out the awful parking: it’s dangerous, you need someone else to open the gate or the driver has to get out, and it’s on an unlit street. On top of that, breakfast isn’t offered during the off‑season. The air‑conditioning can’t be set to a different temperature and the TV only has a few channels – terrible.

“Enfim, minha pior experiência com reserva pelo booking!”

The spot is great – right where you want to be, the bed was super comfy and the sheets were spotless. Unfortunately the booking turned into a nightmare: I paid for breakfast but the front desk said they don’t serve it in low season, so I had to eat elsewhere. The shower barely warmed up even after 15 minutes of running water, which was awful on the coldest night of the year, and when I tried to settle the bill on site they refused, despite the reservation saying “pay at the accommodation.”
