Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a significant issue - despite specifying my check-in time, I was not allowed to enter my room until the middle of the night. This was a major inconvenience and left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to the wonderful and helpful staff at reception. They were always willing to lend a hand and made sure we felt welcome. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of options to start the day off right.
