Lunch and breakfast are good, the location is central, and the staff are very friendly. WiFi is poor and intermittent, pillows are thin and uncomfortable, there’s no power socket on one side of the bed which is annoying, and the shower floor is quite slippery.

A warm welcome from Tiff at check‑in was quick and thorough, and the night‑shift staff and breakfast lady also delivered excellent service. The dinner and breakfast were tasty with generous portions, making for a relaxed evening that we’d gladly repeat. On the housekeeping side, the kettle should be emptied for new guests, and the TV remote’s faded lettering made navigating the guide a guessing game.
