It had everything you could want and was in a great spot, but the bar at the pool was closed when I was there on the weekend, which was really disappointing.

The location was fine, but they had only one microwave that worked for 48 floors, no kitchen area to eat, an elevator that needed work and broken buttons so you couldn’t reach your floor, no free Wi‑Fi (you had to pay), valet parking that required you to go to them every time you left, no way to retrieve belongings from your car in the garage, no indoor smoking area, no nice comforters on the bed, flat pillows, no breakfast or even a donut, and I had to call room service to find out if the coffee was complimentary. This is not a 5‑star hotel.

The valet was helpful, but I didn’t get the room type I had booked and couldn’t order in‑room dining; the menu options were limited.
