The staff were very friendly and the food was good, except for the weather which was a bit off.

The location is good. The staff, the smell in the room, and the pool were not satisfactory.

The staff were always very friendly, especially Polyvios. Breakfast was hearty; I wouldn’t pay for lunch or dinner because it’s basically the same as eating elsewhere. The beds were not the most comfortable, and there was no elevator. The heat was significant, and the AC couldn’t turn it off. The water pressure was so low that we couldn’t shower upon arrival, and they used a shower curtain to stop the water, which obviously didn’t work. I suggest fixing that; it’s not suitable for people with disabilities.

The beach is close, and a 15‑minute taxi ride takes you to Rethymno. The staff were not very friendly, and the Wi‑Fi was poor—sometimes it wouldn’t connect or would drop out entirely.
