The room was decent, but the property no longer exists – warning of a scam! I was notified on the morning of my arrival that I had to move into a makeshift accommodation, a run-down workmen’s lodging far from the city centre, and there was no chance to have dinner or breakfast.

They didn’t serve any breakfast at all, only a self‑service corner with cheap coffee and just two tea bags – the offering was truly meagre. No other issues were noted.

During the drive I received a notice that the hotel was unavailable. The subsequent “replacement hotel” process was time‑consuming, linguistically difficult, and not optimal for any party involved. It probably isn’t the first time this has happened, and the hotel is honestly not recommendable.

When we arrived at the scheduled time, we had to call the operator who informed us that due to technical problems we couldn’t use the room they had booked for us, but they had arranged a room in a guesthouse for us. After insisting, they promptly gave us the address and access details. Upon arrival we found the room key on a sideboard. The room was on the 2nd floor, the staircase was a bit awkward. The room was clean, the beds were fine, and the oak table by the window was lovely. The guesthouse was about 3 km from the centre. We couldn’t check in or out there, and there was no breakfast.
